Our entire process is done without the oil seeing the light of day until the final step. The second the oil drips from the expeller press it is encapsulated in a world of sterile stainless steel. Our filtration and holding tanks all keep the oil shielded from air and light until the final step when we fill the totes for our customers. We are working on automating this process to eliminate any human error.
